We're currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate BCBA to join our growing teams in North Carolina. What We Offer:
Competitive Salary:
$100,000 per year
Manageable Caseload:
4-6 clients
Flexible Schedule:
40 hours per week - build your day around what works best for you
Balanced Workload:
16 hours/week in clinic for supervision, staff support, and client sessions
24 hours/week for assessments and documentation

Collaborate with experienced RBTs, clinical leaders, and administrative staff
Growth Opportunities:
Ongoing CEUs, mentorship, and advancement potential
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support
Monitor client progress and update programs as needed
Engage families and caregivers in treatment planning and education
Ensure timely and accurate documentation in accordance with funding and ethical guidelines
Qualifications:
Current certification as a
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
NC Licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
Passion for improving the lives of children through evidence-based care
