We are seeking a passionate BCBA to join our collaborative team focused on providing individualized support for children through a multidisciplinary approach. You will manage up to 4 remote BCBAs, coordinate with families and RBTs/BTs, and train staff while carrying a rotating caseload of children needing extra attention.
Requirements: Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, NC BCBA license, and BACB certification. Strong assessment and documentation skills are essential. Location: Salisbury, NC, with a preference for candidates willing to travel 25%.
