We are seeking a passionate BCBA to join our collaborative team focused on providing individualized support for children through a multidisciplinary approach. You will manage up to 4 remote BCBAs, coordinate with families and RBTs/BTs, and train staff while carrying a rotating case load of children needing extra attention. Requirements include a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, North Carolina BCBA license, and strong assessment and documentation skills.
