BCBA

Seeking a BCBA to lead pediatric ABA services at our Copperfield Clinic in Concord, NC.
•  Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children aged 0-18.
•  Manage and train up to 48 RBTs, overseeing care and ensuring evidence-based practices.
•  Coordinate with families and team members, handling a rotating caseload requiring direct intervention.
•  Requirements include a Master s in Behavior Analysis or related field, NC BCBA license, and BACB certification (or obtain within 30 days).
