Job Description:As a BCBA, you will perform assessments to determine the factors driving a client's behavior and work closely with the family to develop an intervention plan. You will work in-home and in the community with families and the assigned R/BTs to implement the programs, train the team and caregivers, fine tune the program and promote generalization of the plan.

Responsibilities Include: - Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports
- Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
- Supervise and train Behavioral Technicians
- Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for children
- Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA
- Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warranted
- Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress
- Design positive behavior support and skill acquisition plans with individualized behavioral goals
- Train parents, caregivers and behavior therapist staff who implement plans with children on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Supervision and Training
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong executive function skills
- 1-2 years of experience in a clinical and/or home services setting
Qualifications Required: - Doctoral or Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active BCBA certification
- Active MA LABA, or ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire
- Ability to be credentialed with all funders, including Medicaid
- Driver's License
- Health care industry experience
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Professional communication skills and the ability to work with people
- Must be fully COVID vaccinated
