About the Role:

Location: Hollywood, FL & Broward County (in-person supervision required)

Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on ABA supervision & ensure quality services

Work with a maximum of 6 cases to allow for meaningful intervention

Educate & support parents, implement behavior plans

Collaborate with RBTs and mental health clinicians for holistic client care

Create a sustainable, flexible schedule while maintaining 85% billable time


Who We're Looking For:

Masters degree in Behavior Analysis (BCBA/BCaBA certified)

Strong behavior management & parent education expertise

Solid understanding of child development & psychology

Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

Passionate about making a difference in the lives of children & families
