Description
Responsibilities:
- Equipment Design & Upgrades: Design, fabricate, and implement enhancements to coating lines, analytical rigs, and other critical equipment.
- Project Support: Participate in various projects as needed, contributing expertise and technical insight.
- Process Development & Optimization: Perform process improvements and development activities on pilot lines to optimize efficiency and output.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to process, equipment, and pilot spaces to enhance overall performance.
- Facility Support & Troubleshooting: Assist with maintenance, troubleshooting, and design of facilities, ensuring reliability and uptime.
- Process Scale-Up: Collaborate on process scale-up designs to facilitate seamless transition from pilot to full production.
Profile
Ideal Candidate:
- 1-3 years of experience in industrial environments with a focus on material processing.
- Familiarity with web handling and coating processes/equipment (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with powder processing and converting systems (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree (required) or Master's degree (preferred) in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
