Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven BAS Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Building Automation Systems, HVAC controls, or energy management, along with a proven track record in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business and expand market share in the BAS industry.
Identify and engage with potential clients, including building owners, facility managers, engineers, and contractors.
Conduct site visits, assess customer needs, and propose customized BAS solutions.
Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and technical demonstrations to key stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and service departments, to ensure seamless project execution.
Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, providing regular reports on pipeline activity and revenue forecasts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
3+ years of experience in BAS, HVAC, or energy management sales.
Strong technical knowledge of building automation systems, controls, and integration solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet sales quotas.
Experience working with CRM systems to manage sales pipelines.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
