Job Details

Job Details: Currently seeking an experienced BAS/Controls Programmer to join a Smart Building Technology firm in Southwest Florida. This role is responsible for: programing controllers, integrating to third party systems, creating graphics, and executing functional performance testing for commissioning agents on our Building Automation Systems (BAS) to meet contractual requirements and project goals.
Position is 70% office work and 30% field work

MUST HAVE:
  • 1+ years of building automation/ HVAC controls programming experience
  • Willingness to be in the field locally at client sites roughly 30% of the time.
  • Familiarity with one or more of the following BAS systems: Alerton (preferred), Schneider Electric, Siemens, ALC, Trane, Delta Controls, Distech, Honeywell, or other

NICE TO HAVE:
  • Tridium Niagara
  • Alerton experience
