Job Summary: Waits on Bar guests. Responsibilities include cleaning and restocking.
MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY 5-10PM
BEER AND WINE ONLY.
Responsibilities: - Present the check. When payment is offered, return change and receipt to guest.
- Basic knowledge of menu prices and composition.
- Empty, clean and refill items as your side work duties describe.
- Maintain a clean uniform and person.
- Certified in Serving Alcohol with Care or similar program.
- Knowledge of fire alarm system and evacuation procedures.
- Be flexible and adaptable to the changes that will occur to your job
- All duties must be carried out in a safe manner.
- Employee must treat everyone with dignity and respect.
- Keep confidential the business functions of the company including, but not limited to, financial status, customer/guest information, employees issues, etc.
Qualifications: - Highly organized.
- Must be able to work the majority of the shift in a standing position, constantly moving, and able to lift 30 pounds.
- Strong Guest Service Skills
- Must have attention to detail and be customer service oriented.
- Ability to communicate satisfactorily with guests, management, and co-workers.
