Key: = Full Time & Part Time Regular Staff OnlyWhat You'll Do: As a Bartender, you will carry out our Mission of Love by providing excellent and professional service through responsible alcohol serving in the PUB. Prepare, mix, and serve drinks and beverages correctly and responsibly to either customers directly or through serving staff. Build customer relation through excellent service.
Our Bartender is responsible for the following: - Prepare Drinks accurately following standard recipes.
- Serve residents and their guests from the established caf? menu, in a polite and professional manner while focusing on the 9 Elements of an excellent dining experience
- Conduct take-out orders for both residents and employees
- Process transactions using the POS system.
- Balance the cash register at the start and close of each shift.
- Order and restock bar inventory
- Comply with Sanitation, safety, and hygiene standards.
What You Have: - Minimum of high school graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum age of 18 years, as mandated by PLCB regulation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of drink recipes.
- Knowledge of PLCB Rules and Regulations
- Responsible Alcohol Serving certified.
- Previous bartending experience is preferred.
