Overview Prepares and serves expresso-based coffee drinks and smoothies quickly, efficiently and consistently. Assists, as needed, in the company cafeteria and with any catering or special events.
Responsibilities- Prepares and serves espresso-based coffee drinks and smoothies quickly, efficiently and consistently.
- Must have a customer-focused, friendly disposition with an eagerness to please and satisfy the customer.
- Display a friendly and outgoing attitude that is shown through good eye contact and body language.
- Keeps self-serve coffee brewing and available throughout the day, making fresh coffee frequently.
- Has general knowledge of coffee roasts, flavors and countries of origin to provide advice or recommendations to customers.
- Able to be creative with drink menus & ingredients and know "what's in" concerning coffee and smoothie drinks.
- Maintains cleanliness of coffee bar counter & tables and coffee & espresso machines.
- Order and replenish products needed for the coffee bar.
- Operate the P.O.S. register system.
- Assist in the preparation of any Catering/Special events.
- May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
- Keep stock of cooler items in C.E.O office.
- Set room, equipment, special table needs, etc. for internal/external events.
- Sets catered events and supplies to go to the Hangar as needed.
- Assist with receiving invoices.
QualificationsUnusual Conditions: Some after hour special events such as the Golden Pin Dinner, Credit Union Annual Meeting, and other outside group events may be required.
Requirements: - Degree minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience level: 1-3 years
- Serve Safe certification preferred
- Oracle experience preferred
