About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and friendly barista to join our team at Full Throttle Distillery and Smokehouse in Branson, MO. As a barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks

Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders, answering questions, and handling transactions

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and work area

Follow health and safety guidelines

Assist in stocking and replenishing inventory and supplies

Requirements:

Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred

Knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and good communication skills
