Responsibilities:
• Serves and clears all food and beverages
• Keeps assigned tables and work areas clean throughout the shift
• Assist in setting up function according to BEO (Banquet Event Order)
• Report any problems to management
• Maintain a friendly and approachable attitude towards guests and staff
• Other duties as assigned by management Qualifications: Essential Skills:
• High level of professionalism
• Strong communication skills
• Strong teamwork skills
• Customer service oriented; ensures each guest has an excellent experience Education And Experience Required:
• At least one (1) year of banquet serving experience, is preferred
• POS Experience, is preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift and carry up to twenty-five (25) pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Compensation: $15 hourly
