As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exemplary service to our guests in meeting spaces and ballrooms. You will set-up breakfast, breaks, dinners and other banquet services, while delivering five-star service, anticipating the guests needs. In this role, you may also be required to help with banquets set-up, and demonstrate understanding of Banquet Event Orders floor plans. The pre-function prep work will include but not be limited to silverware polishing, glassware cleaning and linen folding. You must be able to work individually and in a team environment.
