Our Pastry Cook will work with our Pastry Chef and Banquet/Catering department. This is an opportunity help define the department in the culinary team. Assist in creating menus and features for events, take away and our dining rooms. Assertiveness and creativity are the keys to success in the MGC culinary department.

All MGC culinary/pastry staff are expected to maintain the highest professional food quality and sanitation standards as well as helping maintain a positive atmosphere and work environment.
