Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and process ACH transactions and support daily exception handling
- Perform account maintenance including updates to deposit and loan accounts
- Conduct manual payment postings and assist in resolving any payment-related discrepancies
- Handle general ledger duties, including reconciliations and manual entries
- Support internal teams by responding to inquiries and resolving operational concerns
- Investigate non-post items and discrepancies, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
- Update and manage interest rate changes in line with internal protocols
- Assist with credit card transaction reconciliations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in banking operations or financial services
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English.
- Fluent in Spanish is a major plus.
- Understanding of back-office processes including reconciliations and payment processing
- Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities under pressure
- Solid attention to detail and an analytical mindset
- Familiarity with banking systems and general financial protocols
- Excellent time management and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to maintain a professional and collaborative demeanor
