As a Bank Customer Service Associate at Banner Bank, you will be the face of the bank, providing exceptional service while processing transactions accurately and efficiently. You will assist clients in meeting their financial goals by actively promoting bank products and services through in-person interactions and phone conversations. Maintaining reliability and punctuality, you will work collaboratively as a valuable team member.
- What You'll Bring:
- 3+ months of cash handling, client service, and sales experience required; prior teller experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with basic skills in math, negotiation, and problem-solving.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including proper phone and email etiquette.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships and providing outstanding customer service.
- Note: Candidates with higher levels of experience may qualify for a more advanced role within the same job category.

- Targeted starting hourly range: $18+/hour
