Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Bancassurance Trainer to empower and upskill bank staff, driving the success of our Bancassurance business. This role requires expertise in life insurance and training excellence to enhance sales productivity, compliance adherence, and overall business performance.
Location- Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Bangalore.
Designation- Bancassurance Trainer
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver impactful training on life insurance products, sales techniques, and regulatory guidelines.
Develop engaging content, manuals, and e-learning modules.
Monitor training effectiveness through assessments and performance tracking.
Collaborate closely with the Zonal Head, bank managers, and internal teams to align training with business goals.
Provide sales coaching, conduct joint calls, and nurture high-potential talent.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and promote ethical sales practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
Strong knowledge of life insurance products and the Bancassurance sales process.
Exceptional training & facilitation skills.
Ability to coach & mentor teams for higher performance.
Excellent communication & relationship-building abilities.
Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving training objectives.
Minimum 6-8 years of life insurance experience, specifically in Bancassurance training.
Post-Graduation Preferred.
