Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare menu items, such as grilling meat, steaming rice, and chopping vegetables according to brand standards (may vary by location)
Build all orders correctly for each ticket
Keep station stocked and clean
Sweep and mop behind the line
Qualifications/Requirements
Must be able to work well as part of a team in a kitchen and work well with the front of house staff
Must be able to be punctual and maintain an assigned work schedule
Must be able to follow and understand the importance of procedures
Regularly required to stand and walk and reach with hands and arms
Occasionally required to bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch
Must be able to perform cleaning duties (wiping tables and equipment, sweeping, and mopping)
Must be able to lift and/or move ? pounds
Must have prior experience working in a fast-paced restaurant
Must have a Food handlers card
Must be at least 18 years old
