Information: Ever heard of Tariffs? My client has been building a solution to the craziness that is happening right now that helps businesses find better suppliers to make their products. This early stage startup is building an AI powered virtual sourcing agent that helps companies navigate the complexities of international manufacturing (yes, including tariffs)
Role:
We're looking for a talented backend engineer to help shape the intelligence layer of their platform. You'll work on designing and fine-tuning LLMs to integrate them into their product.
Responsibilites:
- LLM Development - Optimize and Integrate LLM tools for real-world application, including agentic solutions.
- Backend Development - Develop and maintain backend (including private api's for customer facing applications and internal applications for operations)
- Product Collaboration - Partner closely with design and product to translate ideas into product features
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience building web applications in Python
- 2 years of experience developin gand integrating LLM powered features like RAG, Vector search, etc.
- Backend development: Great undrstanding of web architectures and databases.
