We're hiring a high-bandwidth, mid-level backend engineer to work on challenging problems in a fast-paced, engineering-driven environment. What You'll Do:
- Architect, build, and maintain scalable backend infrastructure
- Take ownership of features end-to-end, from design to deployment
- Solve real-time performance and system challenges
- Work cross-functionally with product and design
What We're Looking For:
- 3-6 years of backend experience at a high-performing startup or tech company
- Proven ability to deliver quickly and iterate fast
- Strong coding ability in modern backend languages and frameworks
- Excellent systems thinking and autonomy
