- Proven experience in test infrastructure engineering or a similar role
- Expertise with Golang (Go)
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
- Familiarity with cloud platforms at scale (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Strong, demonstrated experience with CI/CD pipelines, internal configuration management tools, GitHub / GitHub Enterprise, or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience deploying, operating, maintaining, and scaling enterprise level software, environments, and Linux administration
- A passion for building quality software focused on enabling developers to iterate on their ideas
- A natural curiosity to identify gaps and propose scalable, enterprise-grade solutions and opportunities for automation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
