We are currently seeking a Back of House Cook to join our team. The main objective of this position is to ensure that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently and that our pizzas are prepared to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

Prepare pizza dough and toppings according to recipes and standards

Cook and assemble pizzas in a timely and efficient manner

Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized kitchen

Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times

Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a kitchen environment

Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety standards

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Strong communication and teamwork skills
