Job Description:

These are EXCLUSIVE to Apex Systems. We have to fill these and are 5 wins for whoever wants to help.

Requirements:

• Candidates must be comfortable with completing a 1 hour Paired Programming (Coding Session with Camera on and Screenshare) - please make sure candidates are 100% confirmed for this - many candidates we get sent say they don't want to complete - if they won't do the code assessment do not waste time sending.

Senior Developer

• Number of Openings: 2
  • 1 Mid-Level back-end
    • Rate: $55-$60/hr W-2
  • 1 Mid-Low Senior Level back-end - data heavy focus - lots of Cloud Data flowing so any Snowflake or other Cloud Database would necessary
    • Rate: $55-$60/hr W-2
• Manager Requirements:
  • Will be a lot of microservices in SpringBoot based libraries, Core Java, API and Back-end - no UI work in this role
  • Focus on Java, J2EE, SpringBoot, Oracle, and PL/SQL stack
  • One of the positions needs some Snowflake or relatable experience.

Overview: 2 Back-End Engineers (5-6 years of experience) Need to be located in Pittsburgh and be able to convert to FTE.

BACK-END DEVELOPERS (2)

• Looking for 2 Engineers with 4-6 years of experience, hands-on, financial industry background is a plus.
• Needs strong experience in Java, J2EE, and Spring, Spring Boot
• Strong background in microservices development is required
• Needs to come from a complex data environment and handling large volumes of data and sharing data over the cloud. Snowflake would be a big plus.
• Needs to have experience in PL/SQL as well and building stored procedures to handle the SQL data models from the data source directly.
• Experience in Kafka or another distributed messaging environment would be a big plus here (they are using both Kafka and IBM MQ).
• Similar to the above, they need to have experience in containerization, Docker/Kubernetes, but not setting up environments.
• Need strong experience in testing and knowledge of CI/CD best practices to deploy their code.

Must Have:
