As an EDI Business Analyst, you would be responsible for managing the design and delivery of B2B and A2A integrations between ERP systems, customer-facing order management platforms, and internal applications, ensuring smooth data exchange and efficient logistics operations.
• Design and Implement EDI Integrations:
You would be involved in designing and implementing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solutions to facilitate seamless communication and data exchange between internal systems and those of clients and partners
• Manage B2B and A2A Integrations:
This includes managing integrations between Business-to-Business (B2B) and Application-to-Application (A2A) systems, ensuring accurate and timely data transfer.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders:
You would work closely with internal teams (e.g., IT, logistics) and external clients to understand their needs and requirements, ensuring that EDI solutions meet their specific needs.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues:
You would be responsible for identifying, diagnosing, and resolving any issues that arise during the EDI process, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Stay Up-to-Date with EDI Standards:
You would need to stay current with the latest EDI standards and technologies to ensure that EDI solutions remain effective and compliant.
• Provide Support to Clients:
You would be responsible for providing technical support to clients regarding their EDI integrations, ensuring that they are able to use the system effectively.
• Document and Maintain EDI Processes:
You would be responsible for documenting and maintaining all aspects of the EDI process, ensuring that it is well-understood and easily accessible to all stakeholders.
• Analyze Data and Identify Improvements:
You would analyze EDI data to identify areas for improvement and suggest new solutions that can enhance Yusen Logistics' efficiency and effectiveness.
