Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 8-10 years of experience in business, systems, and data analysis, specifically within the core banking and payments functions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our business processes and systems through meticulous analysis and the implementation of effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Gathering: Lead the collection of business and system requirements through stakeholder meetings and end-user engagement.
  • Documentation: Prepare essential documents such as data mapping, functional specifications, and use case documents (e.g., epics, user stories, etc.).
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in business processes. Develop models and workflows to demonstrate proposed changes.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis using SQL queries to address business queries and requirements.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate project details and concepts across various teams. Facilitate end-user training and documentation.
  • Testing Coordination: Oversee test case reviews and coordinate testing efforts to ensure alignment with requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience and Skills:
  • Proficient in technical and functional analysis.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficient with SQL and SQL tools.
  • Experienced in Agile methodologies and understanding team dynamics, which is essential for collaborative and adaptive project environments.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $1,35,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
