Director of Operations B2B Services Monroe, NY $150K$200K (Based on Experience) Company Overview We are a fast-growing B2B service provider, delivering tailored solutions to industries including healthcare, manufacturing, and beyond. As we scale, we are looking for a Director of Operations to take ownership of our processes, drive efficiency, and ensure a seamless client experience. Position Overview As the Director of Operations, you will lead and optimize company-wide operations, overseeing a team of 30 across three departments. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for streamlining processes, improving service delivery, and scaling operations to meet business growth. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills and a passion for operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership & Strategy Develop and implement operational strategies to align with business growth and client needs. Lead cross-departmental coordination to ensure seamless service delivery and efficiency. Take full ownership of day-to-day operations, proactively identifying areas for improvement. Process Optimization & Efficiency Continuously refine workflows to improve service quality, speed, and scalability. Implement best practices for team accountability, ensuring KPIs and deliverables are met. Oversee technology adoption to enhance automation and streamline processes. Financial & Performance Oversight Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and cost-control measures across departments. Monitor operational performance, track KPIs, and drive data-informed decision-making. Implement performance reviews and ongoing improvement strategies. Client Experience & Service Delivery Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by optimizing service workflows and responsiveness. Address client issues and improve operational processes to enhance retention. Work closely with leadership to develop strategies for continuous improvement in customer service. Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and develop department heads to foster a culture of ownership and accountability. Implement structured performance reviews and 90-day goal check-ins. Strengthen internal communication and collaboration across teams. Risk & Compliance Management Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and operational best practices. Develop contingency plans to mitigate operational risks and improve business continuity. Must-Haves 5+ years of experience in operations leadership, preferably in a B2B service environment. Proven success in scaling operations, implementing processes, and managing cross-functional teams. Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution skills. Experience managing financial performance, budgets, and cost controls. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to take ownership, drive accountability, and lead teams towards measurable success
