Dynamic Advertising Solutions is a Brand Development and Print Marketing Firm that specializes in print collateral and promotional branding. We work with clients of all sizes to help develop an effective approach for all their marketing campaigns and brand identity goals. Branding Specialist Job Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new business and build a book of clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients.
  • Prepare branding presentations for clients based on industry and needs.
  • Prepare quotes with accurate pricing and product information.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and vendor education trainings.
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quota.
  • Properly manage Facilis/Syncore account with accurate information which includes pipelines, calendars, job trackers, art requests, client information, and job details.
  • Properly utilize systems when using DAS Warehouse to ensure accurate inventory management and job expectations.
  • Learn about products and how to troubleshoot issues with customers.
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management.
  • Assist other team members with transactions when necessary.

Skills and Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales role preferred.
  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or other business related fields is preferred
  • 1-3 years in promotional product space, large print format printing, or offset printing experience preferred.
  • A network of potential buyers preferred.
  • Full-time availability Ability to report to the office daily upon initial training period, flexibility for hybrid once established in the role.
