Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Serve Craft. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and managing relationships with clients in need of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical services. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the service industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within in multi-family, property management, restaurants, hotels and senior car facilities industry, including cold calling, lead generation, and attending industry networking and social events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing your sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for service offerings and improve sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales progress in the CRM system. Provide regular reports for management on sales performance.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, bonus points for experience within the plumbing, electrical, mechanical, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of service-based sales and the unique challenges involved in selling technical services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to achieve sales targets.
  • A valid driver's license, reliable and presentable transportation and up to date liability insurance and willingness to travel as needed.
