About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. This is an outside sales role focused on selling IT managed services to small and mid-sized businesses across the Phoenix metro area.
As a BDR, you'll be the face of our company-meeting with business owners, IT managers, and decision-makers, generating leads, and closing new business opportunities. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in face-to-face selling, enjoys being on the go, and has a passion for technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct door-to-door prospecting and cold outreach to businesses in the Phoenix area
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for IT managed services, including network support, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and helpdesk services
- Schedule and conduct on-site consultations and product demos with potential clients
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and track activity using CRM tools
- Work closely with the internal sales, technical, and service delivery teams to provide tailored solutions
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs
- Represent the company professionally at local networking events, trade shows, and business functions
Requirements:- 1-3 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in IT, technology, or services)
- Proven experience with door-to-door or outside sales is highly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage time independently
- Comfortable with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and basic tech tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
Nice to Have:- Knowledge of IT managed services, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or SaaS sales
- Existing network of Phoenix-area business contacts
