  • Engage with potential business customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Understand prospective customer needs and preferences to offer suitable products or services
  • Coordinate with other sales team members to share insights, successes, and challenges
  • Keep up-to-date with changes to products, services, pricing, and promotions
  • Create and maintain reports on sales metrics, team performance, and other relevant data to provide regular updates to management and clients
