B2B Client Support Specialist

A leading travel and experiences platform is seeking a B2B Client Support Specialist to assist in expanding and optimizing its presence in key global markets. This role involves conducting market research, analyzing trends, and improving travel product offerings to enhance competitiveness. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research on products, categories, and destinations to identify market opportunities and gaps
  • Perform competitive analysis on pricing, availability, and quality (e.g., group vs. private tours)
  • Support product improvement efforts by collaborating with third-party teams and suppliers
  • Generate reports using Looker (similar to Tableau) and track insights in Google Sheets
  • Assist with pricing and competitive analysis to recommend new product additions
  • Collaborate across teams, proactively ask questions, and network internally to enhance market positioning
Required Experience:

At least one year of professional experience in one of the following roles:
  • Sales Operations Specialist
  • Sales Support Coordinator
  • Sales Analyst
  • Revenue Operations Specialist
  • Account Specialist
  • Sales Coordinator
  • Customer Success Specialist
Nice-to-Have Experience:

Experience in the travel industry (preferred but not required)

Required Skills:
  • Strong research and analytical skills for market and product analysis
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, including working with templates
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and support B2B clients effectively
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Familiarity with Looker (or similar analytics tools like Tableau)
  • Ability to identify market trends and competitive opportunities
