Job Title: B&Js Retail Marketing and Operations Manager - Europe

Location: Datchet, UK (B&J EUR HQ)

Salary: £45,000-£50,000 based on experience

Role Overview: The Ben & Jerry's Retail Marketing and Operations Manager - Europe reports to the Head of Retail Europe and leads retail initiatives across multiple European markets to drive growth, operational excellence, and brand engagement.

Job Purpose: To lead retail growth and operational excellence across Europe, supporting markets in the UK, Spain, Portugal, and Nordics, focusing on YoY growth, operational performance, marketing campaigns, and social messaging consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for retail growth, marketing campaigns, and social engagement.
  • Collaborate with global teams and leverage support to align retail strategies with company vision.
  • Manage campaigns, operational systems, and budgets to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with goals.

Candidate Profile:

  • Extensive retail/food service marketing experience, with strong knowledge of retail operations and multi-site management.
  • Leadership skills to foster collaboration and adapt to change.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with senior leaders and store teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, digital, and social media platforms.
  • Physical demands typical of an office environment; some travel across Europe required.

Work Environment: Office-based with some travel to stores for testing and launches.
