Objective

We are seeking an individual located in the South Florida area that is a skilled and proactive IT Systems Administrator with expertise in networking, security,

and IT infrastructure management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on

experience with Cisco and Azure network infrastructures, advanced routing protocols like

BGP, and a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles to ensure the ongoing security and stability

of our IT environment. Additionally, familiarity with the Freshservice ticketing system and a customer

service-oriented approach are highly desirable.

Duties and Responsibilities


• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including Cisco Meraki, Cisco Firepower,


• Configure and support advanced routing protocols, including BGP, to ensure optimal network


• Monitor, identify, and resolve network and infrastructure issues while proactively addressing


• Implement and enforce cybersecurity best practices using tools such as SentinelOne,


• Manage and configure Microsoft Endpoint Manager (formerly Intune) and DesktopCentral for


• Ensure seamless integration and management of Azure Active Directory (AzureAD) and other


• Provide exceptional support through the Freshservice ticketing system, ensuring timely


• Collaborate with the IT team to document network designs, processes, and troubleshooting


• Stay updated on emerging technologies and security trends to recommend and implement


Required Qualifications


• Proven experience with Cisco networking (Meraki, Firepower) and Azure network infrastructures.


• Strong understanding of BGP and advanced routing protocols.


• Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity concepts and tools (e.g., SentinelOne,

ThreatLocker,Cisco Umbrella).


• Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), DesktopCentral, and AzureAD.


• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.


• Customer service-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications


• Experience with Freshservice or similar IT ticketing systems.


• Relevant certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, Azure Administrator Associate, or Security+
