- Lead technical innovations in Vascular positioning systems in Ai/Machine Learning, application software, and embedded software systems.
- Responsible for ensuring reliable and predictable software releases as it relates to the Vascular product software
- Responsible for design control and documentation as it relates to the product software which includes Risk assessments, mitigation, traceability, V&V protocols and reports, coding reviews, and software releases
- Oversee the end-to-end application delivery process in Azure DevOps from planning to deployment.
- Manage software developers, third-party designers, vendors, and contractors to deliver high-quality engineering solutions while complying with Teleflexs code of ethics.

Required Skills & Experience

10-12 years of software development in senior development and lead roles in the medical device, automotive, or aviation industry
Experience Designing and Architecting Azure DevOps pipelines and working in an Azure environment
Experience overseeing end-to-end delivery process of applications (planning deployment)
Experience leading design control and documentation efforts, including requirements, risk assessments and mitigation, traceability, V&V protocols and reports, coding reviews, and software releases
Experience with Verification Automation, Scrum, and software development life cycle
Experience debugging complex integrated systems involving hardware, embedded, and application software in Medical Devices, Aerospace, aviation, or automotive industry
Experience with medical device, Aviation, automotive, or aerospace regulatory standards (21 CFR Part 820, IEC 60601, IEC 62304, ISO 13485), including system risk, hazard analysis, and DFMEA.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
