Your Responsibilities will be:
  • Design, build, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
  • Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Bicep, Terraform, or ARM templates.
  • Automate provisioning and configuration of infrastructure and application resources across multiple Azure environments.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to ensure rapid and reliable software delivery across all environments.
  • Implement and maintain monitoring, observability, and alerting using tools like Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, and Grafana.
  • Apply DevSecOps practices including code scanning, dependency management, role-based access controls (RBAC), and policy enforcement.
  • Assist in cloud cost optimization, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
  • Troubleshoot deployment issues, environment drifts, and infrastructure anomalies.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
  • Support and enhance Git branching strategies, automated testing frameworks, and environment governance.
  • Document operational procedures and system configurations in Confluence or similar tools.
  • Uphold high ethical standards while promoting our company culture of integrity and success.
  • Participate in meetings, trainings, and other company events.
What you need to succeed:
  • 3-6 years of hands-on DevOps or Cloud Engineering experience (Azure preferred).
  • Strong experience with Azure-native services: App Services, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, Azure AD, Networking, and Monitoring.
  • Solid expertise with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitHub Actions, or similar).
  • Deep understanding of Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform, Bicep, or Pulumi.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation with PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestrators like Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps and secure development lifecycle practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills across cross-functional and global teams.
  • Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments and using tools like Azure Boards or Jira.
  • Azure certifications such as AZ-400, AZ-104, or AZ-305 are highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and incident management abilities.
  • The ability to take and implement feedback in a fast paced, high growth environment.
