Information Services is committed to providing leadership, support and coordination of technology at Samaritan Health Services. The IS Infrastructure department provides a robust, agile and secure IT Infrastructure that supports SHS business objectives. The infrastructure includes, but is not limited to the following services: data network, voice, Windows and Linux server, data center and centralized endpoint management.

The Azure Cloud Developer will:
- Design, implement, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate the provisioning and management of cloud resources.
JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
Participates in incident, request, problem, configuration and change management according to ITIL standards and established service level agreements (SLA). Ensures SHS information systems infrastructure is provisioned according to company standards. Responsible for designing configurations and operational guidelines for SHS Information Systems Infrastructure. Addresses performance issues (observed or reported) and recommends enhancements that improve the reliability and performance of systems. Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to complex infrastructure issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree (preferably in a related field) or equivalent experience required.
Three (3) years experience in systems administration or engineering required.
Industry recognized, current and relevant certification required within one (1) year of hire.
Technical project management experience preferred.
Experience in a healthcare environment preferred.

Leadership: Skilled at creating a positive environment where the team can be successful. Ability to train and successfully mentor less experienced and junior team members to increase the effectiveness of the overall team.
Work Management: Ability to set attainable team goals at the appropriate level which are based on the overall mission or purpose and, working independently and coordinating with others, successfully complete those goals. Ability to plan, document, coordinate, and sequence tasks to effectively complete committed deliverables.
