Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Azure APIM & Integration Engineer to design, deploy, and manage Azure API Management and integration services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Azure DevOps, along with solid experience in security, governance, and automation within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.

This role plays a critical part in driving the modernization and operational efficiency of enterprise cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Azure API Management (APIM) and Azure Integration services operations and engineering.
  • Manage and administer the Microsoft Azure cloud environment, including provisioning, configuration, monitoring, policy governance, and security.
  • Analyze and improve existing operational standards, processes, and governance.
  • Develop and implement policy-driven data protection strategies to mitigate data loss risks.
  • Create infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Azure CLI, and Ansible for consistent and automated platform deployments.
  • Support application cloud adoption during transformation and modernization efforts.
  • Ensure infrastructure components adhere to performance and capacity standards.
  • Manage security controls and access rights of cloud-based systems.
  • Address and resolve technical issues and escalations in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Azure API Management and Azure Integration services.
  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Azure cloud environments, including design, deployment, and optimization.
  • 5+ years of experience with IaaS and PaaS solutions.
  • Proven experience designing and operating medium to large-scale enterprise infrastructure, databases, and application systems.
  • Proficiency in infrastructure as code using Terraform, Azure CLI, and Ansible.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices.
  • Familiarity with Git for source code management.
  • Experience working within Agile methodologies.
  • Broad competence in networking, systems administration, data protection, information security, and CI/CD tooling.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with hybrid cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with other cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
