1) Reach out to Shares team to stop publishing on to UPrint related queues in IBM MQ.
2) IBM MQ Queues need to be rolled back for UPR project.
3) Rollback APS web service changes for UPR related updates.

1) Rollback AWS services (Route53, NLB, EKS clusters,DynamoDB,Lambdas)
2) Firewall rules need to be removed for AWS to Solace and on prem.
3) Decommission Solace implementation for UPR.
