Associate Vice President Workers' Compensation Claims - Lead a Dynamic Claims Department in Glendale, CA
We are seeking an experienced Leader in Workers' Compensation Claims to join our team in Glendale. In this role, you will supervise and mentor a team of Claims Professionals and Administrative Support Staff. You will guide your team in managing complex cases with precision while ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Strong leadership skills and deep expertise in workers' compensation claims management.
- Exception Account Management skills
- Ability to manage department budgets
- Strong communication and Problem solving skill
- 4850 Workers Compensation Claims experince
- SIP required
