Job Description:
Role Summary/Purpose: The principal responsibilities of the Client Services Manager will be to partner with VP, National Account Manager & VP, Strategic Account Manager, to maximize client sales growth, assist with provider training, and address customer/merchant service concerns within their dental book of business.

Essential Responsibilities: - Establish excellent working relationships and partnerships with key client contacts
- Participate in client strategy sessions to support action plans to meet client and business goals
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to bring VOC on behalf of client
- Assist with product & technology launches
- Partner with NAM/SAM on execution of all client strategic initiatives
- Support client training processes by collaborating with training team
- Support promotional planning and implementation
- Assist in client escalation and resolution process leveraging SYF systems
- Collaborate with enrollment team to assist with onboarding of practices
- Facilitate and develop client reporting packages and analysis to identify opportunities and action plans
- Assist client with cardholder issues and/or disputes
Qualifications/Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field
- Minimum two years business experience in client facing experience in sales, marketing, client development or operations management capacity
- Excellent analytical skills
- Experience using Excel, PowerPoint and
- Willingness to travel occasionally including some overnights and weekend
Desired Characteristics: - Experience in financial services lending
- Industry specific experience and knowledge within Dental, Veterinary or Cosmetic market
- Prior experience in a role working directly with large clients
- Experience delivering high touch customer service
- Highly motivated with ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver on deadlines
- Demonstrated training experience and ability
- Proven track record of accountability and solid follow-up skills
- Experience with SYF systems including; Rapid, FDR, Nintex, Salesforce and Provider Center
Grade/Level: 10 The salary range for this position is
75 000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
Eligibility Requirements: - You must be 18 years or older
- You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
- You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
- New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
