Avionics Program Manager

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading a mechanical engineering team in the analysis and redesign of Head Up Guidance Systems cast aluminum chassis components. Responsibilities: Project Engineer position with emphasis on project coordination Manage program activities for a mechanical engineering sustainment team Coordinate assignments and activities for technical review of incoming vendor hardware in a regulated avionics environment Create, execute, and track program schedules. Work with a multidiscipline team to coordinate the engineering team's priorities Present project status and team progress during leadership reviews Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Aerospace or Systems Engineering is preferred. An equivalent STEM degree will be considered if the candidate has applicable experience. 8+ years of experience with a project management and/or engineering lead background is desired. Experience with mechanical drawing GD&T is a plus Mechanical Design background is a plus Experience working in a quality-controlled environment is a plus
