Aviation Policy Analyst

Synertex is seeking an Aviation Policy Analyst to work with our Government Customer supporting the US Air Force at the Pentagon. Clearance Required: Active Secret Clearance RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct analysis of aircrew policies, regulations, and operational conditions across the United States Air Force. Prepare and provide recommendations for new and revised policies for screening and training related to aircrew members. Develop and maintain databases to track and monitor policy adherence. Assist in overseeing the development and enforcement of safety programs related to aircrew activities. Participate in support of all aspects of Air Force aircrew communities such as training, readiness planning, contingency operations and policy. Provide technical support for collateral military and civilian staff. Work closely with senior management to ensure the policy and strategy function is aligned with organizational goals, priorities, and objectives. REQUIREMENTS: Experience within commercial aviation or military aviation. (Aviator experience preferred) A Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or higher, certifications or experience can substitute for degree+ 3 years of experience.
