Responsibilities - Wholesale Parts Manager:

  • Lead a team of Parts Specialists to achieve sales targets and optimize inventory levels.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow wholesale and outside parts sales.
  • Manage the dispatching of delivery drivers using the ExtraElite online system.
  • Ensure accurate paperwork, effective time management, and a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Sell parts to existing wholesale customers while generating new business opportunities.
  • Answer wholesale phone calls, process e-commerce orders, and verify part numbers using electronic catalog systems.
  • Provide parts sales and support for independent repair facilities, collision repair shops, automotive dealerships, and online customers in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Review body shop estimates to verify part accuracy and pricing alignment.
  • Offer high-level service to external customers by addressing inquiries and providing accurate price quotes.
  • Notify the Parts Manager of out-of-stock items requiring immediate attention and source unavailable parts as needed.
  • Set up orders for shipment, delivery, or customer pickup using our online system.
  • Process payments from retail customers and obtain credit authorization when necessary.



Qualifications - Wholesale Parts Manager
:


  • Automotive dealership parts experience preferred, with GM dealership experience a plus.
  • Familiarity with Reynolds dealership management system (DMS).
  • Experience with OE Connection, Parts Trader, OPSTRAX, and CCC preferred.
  • Prior experience in wholesale dealership parts sales preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining organization and efficiency.
  • Experience working with collision and repair shops is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating procedures, and maintenance instructions.
  • Proficiency in calculating figures such as discounts, commissions, and percentages.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
