Are you the Ideal candidate?
5 plus years Call Center or High call volume environment experience as a Supervisor or Manager of at least 10 or more team members focusing on process improvement, consistent mentoring and coaching on KPI's Metrics and performance.
Advanced Excel Skills
- Knowledge of warranty claims processes, or automotive/consumer product warranties is a plus
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Ability to read and understand contractual language
- Dealer or manufacturer experience a plus
- Maintain high and consistent production level as assigned
- Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to examiner performance and Claims Center service response times (SLAs)
- Review warranty claims history for dealer partners upon request
- Assist the Claims Manager and Director with scheduled and unscheduled internal and external claim file audits.
- Conduct trend analysis to identify potential adverse claims results or operational improvement opportunities.
- Maintain a continual working knowledge of products and services.
- Mentors and assists with training and coaching of examiners
