Automotive Warranty Administrator

As an Automotive Warranty Administrator you will be experienced and aware of the latest customer service practices and be a persistent problem solver.

Minimum of 1 year experience required for consideration.

Responsibilities
  • Communicating with the Finance Managers concerning registration, cancellation and issues that may arise.
  • Interact with customers' concerns and cancellations
  • Understanding of warranty products
  • Detail - oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records
  • Reconciling schedules
  • Processing statements - month end
  • Additional tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Technical knowledge of vehicle service to verify proper documentation of repairs for warranty coverage and payment
  • Experience required
  • Strong customer service skills a must
  • Must have computer proficiency
  • Valid driver's license
