As a Service Valet, you'll be the first point of contact for our service guests-greeting them upon arrival, checking them in, and getting their vehicles ready to be passed off to an advisor. While prior dealership experience is a plus, it's not required - we're looking for reliable, customer-focused individuals with a great attitude and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities - Service Valet:

• Greet customers warmly upon arrival to the service drive
• Check in vehicles and perform walkarounds when needed
• Ensure accurate and timely communication with service advisors
• Move vehicles to and from service bays or parking areas
• Keep the service drive organized and clean throughout the day
• Assist with general lot organization and customer coordination
• Provide courteous and prompt service at all times
• Support the service team with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications - Service Valet:

• Prior customer service experience is preferred
• Previous dealership or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be professional, courteous, and dependable
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong communication and people skills
