Description of the role Mountain Chevrolet is seeking an experienced Automotive Title Clerk/Warranty Administrator to join our team in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. This role requires attention to detail and a thorough understanding of automotive title processes and warranty claims.

Responsibilities
  • Process all automotive title paperwork efficiently and accurately
  • Submit warranty claims and follow up with manufacturers as needed
  • Maintain detailed records of all title and warranty transactions
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Assist in other office related duties
Requirements
  • Prior experience as an Automotive Title Clerk or Warranty Administrator highly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of automotive title laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
