Description of the role Mountain Chevrolet is seeking an experienced Automotive Title Clerk/Warranty Administrator to join our team in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. This role requires attention to detail and a thorough understanding of automotive title processes and warranty claims.
Responsibilities
- Process all automotive title paperwork efficiently and accurately
- Submit warranty claims and follow up with manufacturers as needed
- Maintain detailed records of all title and warranty transactions
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Assist in other office related duties
Requirements
- Prior experience as an Automotive Title Clerk or Warranty Administrator highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of automotive title laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
