A leading dealership in the Charlotte market is seeking to hire a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to handle vehicle titles, tag applications, and related documentation while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 - 2 years of experience as a dealership Title Clerk.

Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities - Title Clerk:
- Process Title paperwork on all vehicles sold both in state and out of state
- Communicate with customers and the county clerk's office on related issues
- Maintain strict compliance with all Title laws and filing requirements
- Troubleshoot and problem resolution specific to titles, odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.
- Perform general administrative tasks
- Other duties may be assigned
Requirements - Title Clerk:
- Automotive Title Clerk experience required
- CDK experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Understand deadlines and be able to apply appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Strong attention to detail
- Must pass pre-employment screening
